I've just watched this again after a few years and I have just realised why Suzanne won. Through this whole performance, no matter how good of a skater chris is, I was looking at frankie. He doesn't give much of a show, unlike Suzanne, which I believe is why she won.

I rooted for Chris all the way to the final, then we watched Suzanne doing the "Music" routine and her Bolero - she twisted and danced while Matt was swinging her around in both routines, to show such courage as an amateur ice dancer was - in my opinion - evidence enough of the rightful winner.

this show is hilarious! especially when they start flying about all over the place. I should actually be called Flying over ice! People do know that some producers sit around a table with one basic goal at that time! Okay we make 75p for every phone call so lets build a show around this. Dont worry about it being crap as long as we get the 75p per call. I feel sorry for the people who take part, they will do anything for a bit of exposure. It is hilarious though, great comedy!!!

It's not all about that though, i preferred Chris as he was more inventive on the ice with his handstands etc. and he did more lifts! of course Ray was amazing, but he always seemed a bit smug and not as nice as Chris!

that axel was class but i think ray's split jump just tips it. that was braaaave.

don't think so. Professionals all state the axel is harder than the jump. Plus the jump can be practiced on "dry land" an axle can't because of the speed build up being so different on ice to on land.

Basically Chris was far better than Ray, to see them compete against each other would be good but Chris would win easily. I week 7 Chris did the axle, Ray did Rock around the clock with no real moves involved.

Suzanne is so borin wen she skates I cnt believe she won! Chris may not always b consistent bt thts caus he dun the harder choreography n he had personality. 4pro skaters it takes years 2 perfct the axel n he didnt perfct it but he only had 1 week n he was still impressive. Yes he landed on 2 feet durin his axel wen dancin solo. But did any1 c the axel he dun at 1.17 tht 1 certinly luked like he landed on 1 foot n it was so professional lukin n fast n amazin. No1 else has dun 2 axels nt evn ray!

Shame about landing on two feet, but under the circumstances (and not forgetting the difficulty of the jump), that was more than adequate (unlike what others have put here)
