  • my head is about to explode because of the total awesomeness of her voice. she is GOD

  • someone needs to finally slap this broad and tell her nobody cares

  • Is she a hippie? Lol, her attitude makes mee think she is:)

  • it took all the people like 5 seconds to figure out what she was saying... it's like the whole place is in oven and they just keep getting more baked

  • AMAZING how some people can have Good taste...For Crap!!! She has that Julia Roberts Schizophrenic Vibe Going On. You wouldn't want to have this Nut as an Ex-girlfriend. Awful Voice. Cracking all over the place. Queen of stink.

  • Crappy singer. How she made it is Unknown.

  • @MrAgitator talent

  • what a beautiful voice its so amaizing!!!

  • first of all, this is woodstock 94!! and i dont believe she was the best of performance,to many others to played as well or if not better, it depends on ur tastes, but enjoy and hopfully if there is another woodstock, all u guys will enjoy it, as much as i did when i was there!!!!:)

  • @lonewolf57ful *99, she wasn't at 94 mate.

  • @lonewolf57ful this was woodstock 99. It does depend on taste but she is more in the vein of the original woodstock performers. And vocally she hit's notes most other people can't hit.

  • WHAT IS SHE ON...i'll have 2 please....

  • The 80's ruined America....undid every good stride we made in the late 60's and early 70's.....thanks Reagan.

  • love alanis great sound

  • i was 10 years old watching highlights on mtv and wishing more than anything i could be at woodstock '99..still have the same wish

  • 1 person has never had a broken heart.

  • 1 person wishes they were old enough to be at woodstock '99

  • I absolutely love this performance, I did when I was 13 and I do now that I'm 24.

  • woodstock was there

  • @jasonscottable ..Me too! I saw myself in her iconic song at woodstock 99.

  • @summer3262 kewl, Which one?!

  • shes havin a great time!

  • overpowering emotions. i see in her when she sang this song.

  • 90's kick ass. So many amazing music scenes!!! Especially the whole second wave emo scene. if only I was 24 in 1999...

  • This speaks up what's on my mind right now, most of the WORDS on this song.

... "An older version of me... And would she have your baby

I'm sure she'd make a really excellent mother"

... "It was a slapped in the face, how quickly I was replaced!"

I feel the bitterness on this song, yet, it made me feel good in a way.

  • @ThinTinnn thats how emo works, people only appreciate it when they are down :) Or blues, whatever you want to call it. bitter music

  • i found the little mermaid video with this song. i wrote over the link of it: in this video sebastian says nothing.

  • i looove the song! but the performance is a little boring for me.

  • She is so full of emotion. So artsy and creative. She seems like she is full of angst.

  • I LOVE THIS DAMN SONG!!!!!!

i grew up with this song, this thing came out when i was 5 and i loved it even before i could understand the significance of the words

  • @Minacious Like what exactly? I love Alanis to death and own every album she has came out with...but really it wasn't that deep. Ani difranco on the other hand had some things to say.

  • thank you for your input .....I'll work on it .....

  • the best live version ......... by far

  • AMAZING Song,AMAZING Voice ! Best Song of the 90ies ,a masterpiece !!

  • Awesome...

  • This about the bitter break-up of a relationship with Flea, according to rumour at the time. She was sorta told to be quiet about what had gone on, because he was with someone new. This is the best way to say No, i have ever heard. He broke her heart and she told the world ... thats not girl power .... it's just amazing, she is awesome and god hhahahahhahahhaa

  • Um, no. It's pretty common knowledge this is about Dave Coulier. I've never heard the "rumor" that this is about Flea, and he actually plays bass on the original song.

  • How "ironic" that the first woodstock was all about peace and flower power, and how the next so called woodstocks were about corporate gain and publicity.

  • and rape

  • Yes but the artists and viewers intentions are more important

than the frame of the festival

  • @Corocco1 actually the frist woodstock was about corporate gain as well do some research

  • @dsweezful ya but that went through the roof when upwards of 500,000 people showed up lol

  • @Corocco1 and about "adults" acting like children and destroying everything because they had too pay a little too much for water...waaaaaah

  • this song was the female teen angst song of a generation, i just dont like how all the versions I saw of this song on youtube didnt do it justice, this is an angry song but what can u do right the song still kicks ass. i love it

  • ang galing galing mu!

  • Those were the good times. i miss those days :\

  • Blaze that spliff and relax¡ jesus. she aint dead yet

  • i workship this song!!!

  • amazing performance!

  • At 4:02 did someone throw something at her?! I wish I was there! Even though I was only 6 or 7 years old!

  • think it was a bottle,i wish i was there too but i wudda been about 6 aswell :(

  • Oh I thought it was a shoe! Thanks.

  • nahhh a bottle wouldve just broke, i think it was a shoe

  • my fave'rite Alanis song!!!

  • Eh... I personally think she could have rocked out more.

  • ya dude she could have totaly rcoked the shit out of that concert right??

  • personally I think in the natraul vein of woodstock- hippie's and all she was perfect.

  • i was there too.

  • i was there. fought my way to the front to see alanis!!!! i was bleeding in several places.

  • You're my hero for doing that. I've never once seen her live, but god, I'd love to.
