AMAZING how some people can have Good taste...For Crap!!! She has that Julia Roberts Schizophrenic Vibe Going On. You wouldn't want to have this Nut as an Ex-girlfriend. Awful Voice. Cracking all over the place. Queen of stink.
first of all, this is woodstock 94!! and i dont believe she was the best of performance,to many others to played as well or if not better, it depends on ur tastes, but enjoy and hopfully if there is another woodstock, all u guys will enjoy it, as much as i did when i was there!!!!:)
@lonewolf57ful this was woodstock 99. It does depend on taste but she is more in the vein of the original woodstock performers. And vocally she hit's notes most other people can't hit.
GOD that girl has got incredible VOCAL CHORDS! amazing. no way could i tour and sing and shout like that she is amazing what a voice! what lung capacity! shes amazing! pure voice too you can tell, love that raw power and intensity
@Minacious Like what exactly? I love Alanis to death and own every album she has came out with...but really it wasn't that deep. Ani difranco on the other hand had some things to say.
This about the bitter break-up of a relationship with Flea, according to rumour at the time. She was sorta told to be quiet about what had gone on, because he was with someone new. This is the best way to say No, i have ever heard. He broke her heart and she told the world ... thats not girl power .... it's just amazing, she is awesome and god hhahahahhahahhaa
Um, no. It's pretty common knowledge this is about Dave Coulier. I've never heard the "rumor" that this is about Flea, and he actually plays bass on the original song.
How "ironic" that the first woodstock was all about peace and flower power, and how the next so called woodstocks were about corporate gain and publicity.
this song was the female teen angst song of a generation, i just dont like how all the versions I saw of this song on youtube didnt do it justice, this is an angry song but what can u do right the song still kicks ass. i love it
Good show saw it in person

90's kick ass. So many amazing music scenes!!! Especially the whole second wave emo scene. if only I was 24 in 1999...

This speaks up what's on my mind right now, most of the WORDS on this song.
... "An older version of me... And would she have your baby
I'm sure she'd make a really excellent mother"
... "It was a slapped in the face, how quickly I was replaced!"
I feel the bitterness on this song, yet, it made me feel good in a way.
ThinTinnn 1 year ago
@ThinTinnn thats how emo works, people only appreciate it when they are down :) Or blues, whatever you want to call it. bitter music
