  • Wow, great, great stuff! Oh the memories of those early showtime teams this video brings back...

Another awesome ultra-rare vid, nonplayerzealot you rule!!!

  • what a great video. i saw the Laker team up close in street clothes inside an arrival gate at LAX about that year. i think McAdoo and Kareem were the first to open the doors with their mink furs on. i got Magic's attention and waved at him. then i met Pat Riley in 88 at a Dodger Game and shook his hand. I also got to meet Jammal Wilkes several years ago at a fundraiser banquet.

what a fun video to watch.

  • great video!! james worthy and his 1980s head phones lol

  • Awesome memories.

  • never seen kareem so "friendly". lol

  • James a Rookie =]

  • This has gotta be rare even by your high standards, NPZ.

The Kareem cackle at the 0:56 mark is certainly an unusual sight.

Haha at McAdoo vs Magic. Mac wasn't gonna back down. Kareem had to step in and break it down for him. Magic: "DASS RIGHT!"

  • HRE: The Kareem cackle at the 0:56 mark is certainly an unusual sight.

There's a Chick chuckle in there too. He must've been standing next to the cameraman.
