Here is a key fact about this case: Emma West was protesting the immigration of ALL races (White, Black, and Asian), so her rant was not racist. She was protesting the disappearance of White British people as an Ethnic Group. Genocide is almost always the elimination of an ethnic group, not a race. The Hutu in Rwanda, Jews, Kosovo Muslims, Armenian Christians, Cambodians, etc., were all ethnic groups, not races.
