You get the armor after you complete the evil ending of the game. This is done by fighting darth vader the second time, instead of fighting the emperor. hope this helps!

well if you show the whole Death star level(or parts of it) and then as final you see a scene where you see the emperor and vader defeated

In the new downloadable Jedi temple level,you fight a Sith Stalker(maybe it's Galen Marek(apprentice)) but after the fight you get a Sith Stalker armor,without the armor on,see Sith Stalker Chronicles IV at the end to see it.

Most likely you beat the game going the jedi route. There is another route you can take in the game which is the sith route. At the end of this story line the emperor uses you as a sith stalker...and thats how you get the costume. But if you want to cheat, just input Sohndann into the codes.

i swear by accident i did some glitch. Imstead of fighting the emperor, i walked up to darth vader and so i had to fight him. It was like some other story line

there is two different story line endings...in which one of them you fight the emperor(light side ending) and one in which you fight darth vader (Dark side ending)

well, what are you trying to do? The Hurrikane cheat gives you all color and upgrade crystals... so Im not sure what you need.

Who needs force lightning when you have force choke? Vader Could have done it if he didn't have the suit. if you recall in Star Wars 6 Vader was made of metal and wires. When he threw Palpatine his suit was fried and could not function well

You have to remeber that sith lightning isn't actual lightning. It is a manifestation of the force that takes the form of lightning. I don't think it can shock the one using it unless it's redirected back at them or the ground's covered in water. I could be ans I probably am partially wrong on that.
