I get my inpiration out of the feeling it gives me. I am sometimes so busy with work, kids (big and small) and housekeeping that I forget to take time for myself. When I do take time to create (big or small project) I feel relaxed, all the stress dissapeares and my mind goes blank. I feel allways so happy when I see what I have created. I get my inspiration from numerous places, nature, metal, gems, paint , fabric, and most of all God and my family. Arlene I found your channel today and subscribed right away! My inspirations are driven by the idea of possibilities. Converting something ordinary and making it extraordinary. Taking inspiration from a 2D images and making it 3D, functional, etc. This gets me into lots of trouble when I go to craft stores, but creativity is the fuel that drives me everyday. Posting this again here because I think I put it in the wrong spot! I find inspiration all around me. However when I sit down to create, I'm inspired by the products that I'm using. I just love to play with inks, embossing powders, and papers. And one last thing that inspires me- fabric. I adore the textures available in fabrics. And by textures I mean not just the way fabric feels, but also the way it looks. This plays out in my paper crafting because I just adore using different textures!

Life inspires me. I see inspiration everyday, everywhere. Children laughing and running, a baby discovering new things for the first time, squirrels playing in the trees, the list goes on and on, lol. Creativity inspires me as well. What inspires me (besides you) are my family and all the people i love. Doing layouts or mini albums filled with pictures of the people who make me happy results in my best work and making cards for people i love lets me build off what they like.

I have 2 little girls that are growing 2 fast! As I gave birth to our youngest I struggled with heart issues and still fight health daily.I started scrapping them when I decided I should leave them a reminder of my love.Something they may enjoy!I fell in love with the hobby and have learned to cherish every moment wether it be a photo op or not! Seeing everyone's projects inspires me to try new techniques and create things I would of never thought of. I also find inspiration from the little babies I take care of ( I am a NICU nurse) and their families. Most of my projects are for the NICU familes and its great to see how something I created can truly make such an impact in their life.

Also, (don't laugh) other people's junk inspires me. What they consider junk I consider them heirlooms of the past and from that I have found my style of crafting which is vintage style. Projects & comments from crafters on Y-Tube inspire me. And most important, I am inspired by my family who supports me in my creative journey. :-)

I have to say dat ur ideas as another ppk here inspire me but the one that inspires me more is ma younger sister karina(19yrs) we found out about 8 months agothat her kidneys did nt develop so she has chronic renal fealure n we just waitin so I can see if I can donate to her if nt she has to wait for a transpkant, n she gives me dat motivation as she helps me n enjoy makin cards with me to make her forget about her situation.

My greatest inspiration of all is of course my family, especially my son. His moods,when he's silly, it would make me go run,get the camera and take a picture of him, when him and his dad are sleeping, playing or just goofing around. Hi Arlene, You for one are a huge inspiration for me. I have watched so many of you videos and have learned alot from you. What I really love is the message that you get across to just have fun and don't be afraid to be creative. I have been home for a year now due to a back injury and will face my second surgery in december. That being said I spend alot of time watching the wonderful women on you tube and creating! It truley helps to take my mind off of the pain I am in and relax. Thank you!
I guess the thing that has inspired me the most were the mini albums. Until I found you on Youtube, I'd never done a mini and quite frankly I was bored with scrapbooking. All the beads, charms, feathers, flowers, ribbon and trim.....I've just had more fun not only shopping for the supplies but I'm actually creating mini albums for family and they are so awesome. I feel like I am inspired by everything around me. I don't have to be in a craft store or anywhere of the like, I could be clothes shopping and find an inspirational pattern or searching through recipes when I come up with a cute project idea; I could be watching my favorite youtubers and their latest vids or searching for new ones online. Scrapbooking has been a wonderful stress relief for us since we left an abusive home after 22 years. What inspires me? EVERYTHING!!! I get inspired from everything around me... it can be the simplest things like a great stack of patterned paper or an embellishment. Or it can a great new technique I want to try. Sometimes its even as small as a beautiful color I spot somewhere.

I am inspired by beautiful sunsets, laughing children and my dog. When I lack inspiration, I look through my handmade papers and my unfinished projects drawer; that usually works out well. At least I meet 'old friends' in the search. Or I look at my books and magazines, at other peoples art and that almost always does the trick. But if all else fails, I jsut take a canvas and start to paint and stick stuff down... that NEVER fails to set me off on a creative jaunt.

I get my inpiration out of the feeling it gives me. I am sometimes so busy with work, kids (big and small) and housekeeping that I forget to take time for myself. When I do take time to create (big or small project) I feel relaxed, all the stress dissapeares and my mind goes blank. I feel allways so happy when I see what I have created. So yes that is the biggest inpiration. Have fun making someone happy, It wont be me.. to far out. If I'm ever in the states I am gonna buy all those products. XX

Arlene I found your channel today and subscribed right away! My inspirations are driven by the idea of possibilities. Converting something ordinary and making it extraordinary. Taking inspiration from a 2D images and making it 3D, functional, etc. This gets me into lots of trouble when I go to craft stores, but creativity is the fuel that drives me everyday. Posting this again here because I think I put it in the wrong spot! I find inspiration all around me. However when I sit down to create, I'm inspired by the products that I'm using. I just love to play with inks, embossing powders, and papers. And one last thing that inspires me- fabric. I adore the textures available in fabrics. And by textures I mean not just the way fabric feels, but also the way it looks. This plays out in my paper crafting because I just adore using different textures!

Life inspires me. I see inspiration everyday, everywhere. Children laughing and running, a baby discovering new things for the first time, squirrels playing in the trees, the list goes on and on, lol. Creativity inspires me as well. What inspires me (besides you) are my family and all the people i love. Doing layouts or mini albums filled with pictures of the people who make me happy results in my best work and making cards for people i love lets me build off what they like.

I have 2 little girls that are growing 2 fast! As I gave birth to our youngest I struggled with heart issues and still fight health daily.I started scrapping them when I decided I should leave them a reminder of my love.Something they may enjoy!I fell in love with the hobby and have learned to cherish every moment wether it be a photo op or not! We don't leave close to each other, therefore, we skype constantly. And while we are on skype we are crafting together and sharing projects. Its so much fun. HI Arlene, Congrats on 4K subbies. I find inspiration in nature's colors, such as the flowers and trees, that put me in a mood or a sirene state of mind to create. Also, (don't laugh) other people's junk inspires me. What they consider junk I consider them heirlooms of the past and from that I have found my style of crafting which is vintage style. Projects & comments from crafters on Y-Tube inspire me. And most important, I am inspired by my family who supports me in my creative journey. :-)

I have to say dat ur ideas as another ppk here inspire me but the one that inspires me more is ma younger sister karina(19yrs) we found out about 8 months agothat her kidneys did nt develop so she has chronic renal fealure n we just waitin so I can see if I can donate to her if nt she has to wait for a transpkant, n she gives me dat motivation as she helps me n enjoy makin cards with me to make her forget about her situation.

Hi Arlene!
My greatest inspiration of all is of course my family, especially my son. His moods,when he's silly, it would make me go run,get the camera and take a picture of him, when him and his dad are sleeping, playing or just goofing around. Another thing that inspire me is nature. I love taking pictures of water, birds,trees, sunsets or simply a flower.
My scrapbooking won't turn out great w/o your tutorial.

Hi Arlene, You for one are a huge inspiration for me. I have watched so many of you videos and have learned alot from you. What I really love is the message that you get across to just have fun and don't be afraid to be creative. I have been home for a year now due to a back injury and will face my second surgery in december. That being said I spend alot of time watching the wonderful women on you tube and creating! I guess the thing that has inspired me the most were the mini albums. Until I found you on Youtube, I'd never done a mini and quite frankly I was bored with scrapbooking. All the beads, charms, feathers, flowers, ribbon and trim.....I've just had more fun not only shopping for the supplies but I'm actually creating mini albums for family and they are so awesome. I'm a Youtube junkie thanks to you, Arlene and also a mini fan forever!

It was viewing your youtube videos that finally gave me the courage to really let go and get creative. I have been scrapbooking for years and printed papers, ribbons and buttons were my main inspirations, then....after viewing your artwork I have begun to use embellshments and art techniques, experimenting with different mediums and really breaking free. Congratulations. You were one of my first subscriptions. I was a struggling scrapbooker for a while, when I found you tube. The mini albums that you and so many others have made have since inspired me to make mini albums for myself and to give as gifts to my friends, with mixed media, that have nothing to do with being 'acid free'. I am inspired by your creativity. I love watching what you buy and knowing where you buy it from. I love seeing how you use it. I have three teenage daughters who also love to scrap. Scrapbooking has been a wonderful stress relief for us since we left an abusive home after 22 years. Starting all over in a new city and state with my four teens going to new schools and me going to college has been a challenge...but scrapbooking really help keep us going. Love your videos

What inspires me? EVERYTHING!!! I get inspired from everything around me... it can be the simplest things like a great stack of patterned paper or an embellishment. Or it can a great new technique I want to try. Sometimes its even as small as a beautiful color I spot somewhere.

I am inspired by beautiful sunsets, laughing children and my dog. When I lack inspiration, I look through my handmade papers and my unfinished projects drawer; that usually works out well. At least I meet 'old friends' in the search. Or I look at my books and magazines, at other peoples art and that almost always does the trick. But if all else fails, I jsut take a canvas and start to paint and stick stuff down... that NEVER fails to set me off on a creative jaunt.

Great giveaway. I am inspired by watching your videos. I have gone back and watched them all from the beginning. I am new to this and have paper and pen to write down things you recommend or have that I might need or want. Live in Alaska and not many stores here for this beside Michael's and JoAnn's. I have gone online for blue moon, iamroses and oxford impressions. Love all of them after seeing what you have. I have made a few minis and I always want to make more after watching you. TFS.

I craft on a daily basis, so sometimes the creative juices just aren't flowing. When that happens all I have to do is stop by YT and watch a few videos to feel inspired all over again! I especially like all the technique videos for products that I may not have used yet. Thanks for all your great projects and I hope to see many more!

Wow what a great giveaway. I need to try some of those stains. Love everything you do. The things that inspire me the most are my kids and my mother. My mom has gone through a lot and sometimes jst being around her triggers a creative thought.

Wow, 4000! I watch yt videos for inspiration when I am feeling stuck. Sometimes being surrounded by packages of pristine, unopened paper and embellies makes me lose my creative spark, but a good idea here always gets it going again!
