@manz125 ~ I don't know which part of my words you don't understand but even so, the presence of different cultures and religions in any country is so important for its development, and as a simple ANSWER to your question, I say No, they can't leave as long as they will be faithful ONLY to the country they are living in not to another countries and the proof of that the Prophet ( P.B.U.H) didn't force Jews to leave El Madina as long as they will follow the rules and not betray Muslims.
