WWE superstars are 300 days on the road, old timers used to have 8 matches a week, so how do you think you're gonna make it training 3 or 4 times a week? Maybe you'll be a indy sensation but you'll never become a star training 3 or 4 times a week, because theres always someone who shows more passion thant that... this is facts!

@ThatOnlyExperience Don't worry, i wasn't mad lol i just told the truth :) of course you have to lift weights, cardio, do exercices in the ring and practice moves. Swimming is also really good for cardio (Bret Hart trained this way for the Iron Man match at WM12). If you want to make it, you have to sacrifice everything, remember its about passion :)

@ThatOnlyExperience Also, if you want to make it in the wrestling biz... i strongly suggest you to train for other fighting sports like Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Amateur Wrestling, MMA... Drills are pretty good too (like football trainings or military trainings)... the more you do, the better you will be in the ring

Saying that something is fake doesn't explain anything. The word fake is too broad. The wrestlers accually get hurt in the ring a lot. Much more than you think. As you can see from the video here. The trainor is showing you how to do the moves properly without getting someone hurt. Though, no matter how many times you practice perfecting the moves, the chances of messing up is still really high.
