Why always the best interviewees has to stand the worst interviewers? I've watched many interviews and most of the time charming, intelligent interviewees have to stand and smile at the stupid jokes of their interviewers. Thank God they usually have a terrific sense of humour and cope with it with no problem, but it's a pity to have someone in front of you to ask him/her so many interesting questions about their lives and careers and most of the time they turn into a waste of time:-(
