Occasions in which Islam permits women(only) to beat on the duff are the following:

The two `Eids, weddings, and to celebrate the arrival from travel of a respected individual.

The evidence for the third kind is the hadeeth about the woman who came to Allah's Messenger and said, "O Allah's Messenger, I have made a vow, if Allah brought you back safe, to beat the duff over your head."

Allah's Messenger sat down and said, Fulfill your vow!

@asoulchange:Drums are not permissible, who told you these? The only instrument is the duff, ( tambourine) and even that comes with conditions like a wedding or Eid. Again, stop misinforming people.

I love this nasheed! Beard is a sign of commitment to Allah that u love Him and His prophet muhammad. every prophet had a beard! If u don't want to keep it, it's ur choice! it doesn't mean that u r not a muslim if u don't have a beard!!!!

Having a beard is sunnah, not mandatory.

Actually, it is mandatory as it is a command of the Prophet(pbuh). He said 'trim your moustache and keep the beard' on many occasions. Allah says in the Quran 'take what he (muhammad) gives you and leave what he forbids you'.

Anyone is entitled to disagree, but the evidence is clear and the truth is one. Advice given with good intention. Wasalaam.

You are a Muslim, however you are exposed to the punishment of Allah. Muslims sin, but it doesn't mean they are out of Islam. We all commit sin my brother, but we should try to keep them to a minimum inshaAllah and ask Allah for His forgiveness always.
