I'm 22 and my hair started thinning, so I went ahead and shaved it completely bald.
Still not having any problems with ladies. It's all in how you work it. If you shave your head completely bald and still act confident, women will love you.

Once more this Cenk guy doesn't know what he's talking about. Baldness is often due to being over fertile, i.e. having higher sperm counts, caused by higher levels of testosterone. I think you are referring to hormones called androgens which called regulating hair growth and sex drive. But really, I'm no expert other that the fact that I am going bald and surprisingly do get laid now and again.
