I tried to click out,as i dont usually care for cover versions. However, i just kept listening. I could not scape. She kept the rythm, and the melody all the way through. I had to hang around and listen, then liked the video and then commented. She definitely made this song her own.

Nothing wrong with singing and playing music, unless you broadcast it beyond your local community. The purpose of music and singing is to unite people with a common purpose so that they will develop social bonds and do other things together as well, like fight tribal wars, or plant and harvest crops.
