yes i sprayed them so people could see how they lick there eyes. they lick there noses for two reasons, one is so they can drink the water, and the other is so they can keep there noses clear.
This also explains the watering eyes.

Crested Geckos do not have eyelids so they have to lick them to keep them hydrated.
