  • hey hey! Have you thought about the X7 Guitar Mind Implant (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend learned to jam with it.

  • Dude...I love you! Your awesome!

  • i finnally understand!

  • I'm using your strum patterns and your teaching is awsome. Thank you, Rock on !!!

  • This is a really good tutorial. Thank you for posting these!

  • Thanks

  • Nice tutorial. Decent

  • thanks so very much... helped out ALOT!!!

  • I think I love you <3

  • Thank you so much I didn't understand strumming patterns till I watched this!!!!!

  • Thanks bud! Since so many of us guitar players are retarded at reading, why not also add the rhythmic notation?!

  • He looks like Kipkay!!! :)

  • I understood the first two Up and Downs, then the rest went out the window. I have very, very bad sense of rhythm.

  • Is it me or is strumming with your hand easier than with a pick? I tend to miss strings when strumming up. I use my thumbnail for strumming up and my other four fingers for strumming down. Any tips?

  • You teach it in the most simple format! :)

  • this was the most helpful video I have ever watched. Thank you so much

  • down down uppuooinf aph rewz_ASE$YHznikmvpf[gl]hr-zryomkogjeojpdoighphoigjo;nm;/k h

  • amazing video! you were very clear and communicated your points well, which was unbelievably helpful for me. I just started guitar on my own and it's nice to know that there are a couple key strumming patterns I can learn, because I tried coming up with my own patterns and they were terrible. definitely subscribing to this channel!

  • I might sign up your lesson. I am with guitar nutshell now for six months. $ 49 pretty good deal

  • YOU ARE GOOD.ALSO YOUR GUITAR SOUND SO GOOD. WHAT BRNAD IS IT? I GOT AN EPIPHONE DR 500

  • @pitubg the brand's taylor if i'm not wrong, but i don't know what model that is :/

  • @pitubg It's a Taylor :)

  • I personally don't like the idea of standardizing the way to strum. For example, if you take David Gilmour on Wish You Were Here it is possible to see that he does not necessarily hit the high E during all the strummings. For me standardizing goes against effects creation by the player and sometimes it does not lead to a clear sound.

  • lot of kids tail their strum off and miss out the high string! I do that often and was wondering why my G chord wasnt sounding the same as yours! :P I got it now! thanx man! u're gud!

  • thank you ;-)

  • Thanks you inspire me to continue, this helped me open doors

  • Excellent video! I sure wish I'd had this as a teenager! ^_^

  • Thank you so much for this! :)

  • thank you so much. I learned alot for this tutorial. :D

  • i really really agree with what you've said about the disadvantage of tabs not having strum patterns. i mean, wouldn't really sound like the song you like to play if you had different strumming patterns than the real one..

  • Thank you so much!!!! You have no idea how much you are helping! your vids are great!

  • thank you for the lesson dr. house

  • haha... nicolos cage in thumbnail....hahaha

  • thanks!!!! hehe

  • tzada kaau imong guitar.. :) aq na na be? XD

  • Thank you. NIce lesson. I wish teachers agreed on techniques, though. Hard to know who to believe.

  • @mopbrothers Yeah, sometimes different teachers say different things. It gets confusing, but the most important thing to do is to find what's comfortable to you and what you like. Just listen to all teachers whether they are right or wrong and take what you like out of it.

  • Just the opposite of what my teacher says---strum with the wrist, and loosely. The arm doesn't need to go up and down. The wrist can do it. All these differences between teachers.

  • I definitely applied this to playing Ukulele, it really helped me get past playing the same pattern every time I jam. Thanks a lot!

  • Nicholas Cage!

  • good lesson

  • aaaawwwssuuummm....!!!!

  • @T3H3PICFAIL3R Press down right before the fret to get the cleanest sound, also make sure your not muting open strings in a chord by accident. The more you play a chord the more comfortable you get with it.
