However its not the actual police doing it. they dont do their own servicing, is outsourced to local companies, and by the looks of the stuff in the background (ie hoist) it was in for servicing. So it was probably some one (probably now un-employed) knob ex-mechanic. I know because my cousin was caught doing something very similar.
