lol wow America really blows hard. "yeah so in order to legalize something god made on this planet, 1:we got to have people vote for it, and 2: we got to tax it" why? tell me why because the government just wants our money and they don't care how.
@2unearth THINK THIS THROUGH! legalizing it keeps gov in the loop and brings the irs into it. it will commercialize & bastardize it. theyll regulate the potency, manipulate distribution (atf) , another form of revenues for cops, ...
@wadscardear thats why you dont buy it from the stores you grow it yourself or get it from your regular dealer dont buy that shit from a store its gonna be shit like tobbacco cigarettes nicotine and you dont know what the hell theyre puttin in there.
@irishmezmer92 actually if you read the act it states that you can't smoke in public or public places, unless the public places premit it. Just light up in your car or at home then roam around stoned. Though it also states that you can't smoke and operate your car, boat, or aircraft.
not a problem , friend . i prefer to smoke at my house and stay home anyways, who knows maybe by next year we will be smoking a joint with victory in our heads, we are finally getting our voice heard and this can lead to big changes in California, no more debt , no more drug violence
finally someone else who read the document. I printed it out and have already convinced a good number of non-smokers 2 vote yes. thanks for being educated. PEACE
Don't legalize - say NO to the TAX! Here in California it's already completely accessible unless you have no friends or live in a cave. Also, no one is ever actually punished for possession unlike other states. So... what exactly would legalization due for Californians? Only add a tax to the "medical" weed (potentially "store" weed) that most people take advantage of when they want to smoke marijuana.
It will make it legal for anyone 2 grow for personal use. also all the legit medical dispensaries already have tax. If you vote no you are 1 of the stupid stoners or a dealer.
in my state we already voted for the legal use for patients. so many people smoke in california its not even funny , california will be the pinnicle of progression in america.
This is not the right way of doing things! there is no fucking reason to tax this.
Idiots, fight for what is free!
There is NO reason to tax air, so why tax a damn plant!!
Just fucking legalized it!

This will be an interesting social experiment, hopefully it will have a positive outcome so we can stop this war on drugs.

Legalization is just that, to make something legal, as in the use of marijuana.
Decriminalization reduces and reclassifies the penalties for marijuana use.

decriminalization takes away ALL penalties & regulations.
