The spell is a level 75 Conjuration invisibility spell, that you need to buy.

@ngphil11 Shadowcloak of Nocturnal makes you go invis everytime you enter stealth for 60 seconds. So if you use it and break the invis then stand up and go back into stealth it activates again.
