I would like to know is there anything substitute for Ajinimotto Salt, since this salt is the one that gives a nice Chinese flavoured taste to any dish that we make.

@emronali yes this is really healthy b.coz its having many healthy veges.just 1 thing.make stock 1ce,like if u r making one bowl of diet soup 4 urself make 4 cups of stock(vege or chicken watever preffered) and freeze ir in small disposable cups,this way,u hav 2 add this frozen cube and veges with ur favorite spices into micro and giv it a boil.ENJOY!
but how come ive seen alot of fat chinese people ..and im CHINESE ive been 81kg for 14 years until when i reached 15 i lost weight and now at the age of 16 i am only 54kg lOL! thats what msg did to me...somehow chinese people have strange pepl now due to the msg they have been eating...mind my english sorry...
I made this soup tonight. OH my God! It was absolutely delicious. One of the most YUMMIEST soups ever. I added a little green chilli on top with soy sauce YUM. Vah Chef, could you please in future write a list of ingreds on the left hand box? It would make it so much easier to follow. Thanks

@prem73 Ajinomoto is MSG. Ajinomoto is the same as Accent, which you can get in any grocery store.

everything in moderation is fine. the chinese and other cultures have been eating MSG for decades.
the negative effects are only short term (headaches, sweating, flushing, numbness), and only affect a small percentage of people...
i personally have no adverse reaction against a pinch of MSG in my food once in a while :-)

Looks very good, one question - 3 1/2 to 4 cups of stock? Does this mean 1 stock cube in this amount of water or 1 stock cube per cup measurement?
