  • i don't get it, why would you ever want to do this. looks like a deficit deadlift to me, only you're rounding your lumbar spine. also check out articles on TVA by Paul Chek bro

  • @colorhazer I do like the rounded back deadlifts. Gives me a larger range of motion. However, I do have to use lighter weights in this exercise. There are many roundbackers out there who don't mind this way of lifting as long as you keep your internal preassure and your abs tight.
