  • The on-screen timer is not necessarily the same as the official timer. Even with that said, if you pause at around 0:40, the video shows 00 on the timer and a score of 5300. What are you guys complaining about?

  • @bduddy55555

James Bethea and Karim Miteff could have prevented headaches by implementing a score-capture device like in the 80s syndicated game show Starcade (which set the blueprint for shows like Nick Arcade in later years).

If you watch an episode of Starcade, you would notice that the box showing the score on the machine's screen would freeze when the timer expired. The score the timer froze on was the score the judges went by when calculating the contestants' scores.

    And yes, I'm a nerd.

  • Going by the timer, it's 5100, going by the buzzer, it's 5600.

  • he missed it this tiny little much

  • If that was the case, the red team should've been brought back on a future episode (provided that they didn't win this match).

  • He did make it. The judges got the call wrong. I guess the judges woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

  • At the time the timer hit 00, the score was 5,100. The judges were right in that case.

  • actually itsalleternal, the gamer DID beat the score in time. The buzzer indicates when the time hits 00. He makes enough points before the buzzer and they should've awarded him the wizard's challenge FOR SURE

  • "Hold it right there, bean brain!" is what Game Over can say whenever Mikey gets bullied. Hahaha!

  • One of my cousins did that to some kid in his class long time ago lol.
