@frandseib Uploader is right. Just learned it in wrestling school; C4 is Burchill's gimmick name for it. Also this is a good list; a lot of people don't appreciate the difficulty of even basic moves and Morrison is always solid and very crisp. Big moves mean nothing if you can't make the basics look good.
