@lex1mark21 You think citizens can rely on cops for safety at home! You are not really that dumb, are you? Whenever we hear news of people being robbed, raped or murdered by thugs during home invasion, hardly do we hear the cop was there in the nick of time to stop the crime.
I’m not saying that the cops are useless. Generally they do a good job protecting people in public places and in catching criminals after the crimes. As far as protect my family at home is concerned, I would rather be able to protect them with my own weapon by fight off the criminals in home invasion like the young widow in Oklahoma protecting herself and her baby by shooting to death an intruder who broke through her door and scaring off the other.
During a home invasion in Connecticut in 2007, the man of the house William Petit was able to free himself. However, since he had no guns he could not kill the two intruders to save his wife and two daughters. His wife was raped and strangled to death and his two daughters were tied to a bed to be burned alive while he escaped to a neighbor to ask for help. Had he owned a gun in the house, the dead bodies would probably be that of the two intruders instead of his beloved wife and daughters.
You are a dumbass to curse BeautifulGirlByDana for telling you that he is a gun owner with gun owner friends. Owning guns for self-protection is a right protected by the Second Amendment During a home invasion by vicious thugs, guns can be a real life-saver.
For those who don’t like guns but still want to protect their family, they may arm themselves with pepper spay. In 2011, a brave woman in LA was able to repel a burglar with a can of bear repellant. The man arrested after the get away car crashed turned out to be Lucien Daigle, a sergeant with the Los Angeles Police Department. Officials said that a search of Daigle’s vehicle turned up several items that belonged to the burglary victim. A strong odor of pepper spay was detected in the car.
Instead of throwing the police sergeant in jail pending trial and to protect the burglar victim, The Los Angeles Police Department has placed him on PAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE AT HOME and launched an INTERNAL investigation into the matter.
I don't understand why the police do not rely on helmet video cameras and/or mini digital cam attached to weapons to capture video of their shootings to obtain proof that they are justified to use deadly force in each operation.
On second thought I don't think the police would want to have video evidence of cops using excessive force or worse still using unjustified deadly force.
Until police video cameras become mandatory by law as evidence in all shootings, I think the problem will remain.
I know that some cops do make blatant lies to cover up their wrongful acts. The cop who assaulted me due to mistaken identity was bad enough to commit perjury in court by falsely accusing me of trying to hit him with my car even though his superior had told me earlier that the cop admitted my account of him assaulting me without provocation was true and that he was willing to give me an apology over the phone.
As I demanded a face to face apology, the cop refused on grounds that it would be too condescending to him and he chose to make false accusation against me in court instead when I decided to sue him the way I could. The crooked judge pretended to believe the cop’s blatant lie of me trying to hit him with my car but brought no charge against me! I have no doubt that the judge has been briefed about the truth of the case. That’s why no charge was brought against me.
Had I been shot dead wrongfully by the cop who was raging with anger for reason that I could not understand at the scene, I’m sure the police would have totally lied about the shooting as justified self-defense and I would have been branded a criminal instead of being a victim of murder by police.
Even though I was able to get phone communication from a driver who claimed to have witnessed what happened from behind my car and could have testified that I did not try to hit the cop with my car, he told me he was too scared to do so because it might endangered his life to be a witness against the police.
In spite of my being falsely accused by the police,
Do I think the police should be condemned for killing Jaime Gonzalez who was brandishing a pellet gun that looked like a real gun in school and refused to put it down when commanded by the police ? NO
Do I think the police should have used lesser force in taking him down such as just fire one bullet on his body or multiple bullets on his legs? YES
What people should learn from Jaime Gonzalez’s case is that they should not do something stupid, such as bringing a pellet gun to school, that would cause them to be shot at by U.S. cops who generally tend to use excessive force and has a history of mistaking even a trigger water nozzle to be a gun.
1/ The police should use minimum amount of force needed to take down a suspect if circumstances allow it and if deadly force is deemed necessary, the deadly force should also be kept to a minimal if circumstances allow it.
2/ History of the police having used unnecessary deadly force to take down suspects would pit pubic opinion against the police whenever new cases of questionable police shooting arise-be them justified or not. Do not add more statistics to questionable or unjustified police shootings.
3/ History of police corruption and making false accusations against innocent civilians to cover up their wrong doings would damage people’s trust for the police. The police department should not collude with bad cops to cover up their wrong doings.
When three cops in plain clothes are stupid enough to go to the wrong address to arrest a prostitute then vicious enough to assault and injure an innocent 12 year old girl in the front yard of her home and then vile enough to tried to cover up their wrongdoings by putting the innocent girl under false arrest be tried under the false accusation of assaulting a public servant, but the police chief allowed them to commit such evil against the innocent girl, should we say its a good police force?
Sure there are some “good” cops in that police force, say, one who has captured some robbers and murderers. However, when such a cop ignores the evil committed against that innocent little girl by his peer, he is still a “bad” cop in the sense that he failed to protect an innocent little girl being victimized by his peer. A really good cop should have put those bad cop under arrest for assault and false arrest instead of turning a blind eye to the evil committed by them.
Let’s be honest. If the innocent little girl were in front of her expensive home in a rich neighborhood, there is no way the bad cops would have committed the same evil against her. I think those bad cop are but a bunch of rich men’s lap dogs bullying the poor under the false color of good in those operations.
I know there are cases of cops forcing prostitutes to have sex with them and would arrest them for prostitution if they resist or refuse. If a twelve year old girl were a prostitute, I would say she is a victim instead of a criminal like those bad cops want to treat her as.
Yes, you did defend some bad cops. When some cops are stupid enough to shoot a drunken man playing with a trigger water nozzle to death in his own yard with multiple bullets while mistaking the water nozzle to be a gun, they are bad cops. They are bad in a sense that they were poorly trained to avoid using deadly force unnecessarily. You criticized me for suggesting that they need better training, that means you defended those bad cops who made mistakes fatal to innocent civilians.
@lex1mark21 Why is my opinion that cops need to be better trained to avoid making mistake make you think I need more life experience? Do you mean cops have the right to make mistakes injuring or killing the innocent while the citizens are expected not to complain but kiss their butts instead? I have enough life experience to know that some cops are no good bullies who would lie blatantly to cover up their mistakes and even falsely accuse the victims of attacking them first.
@simon6071 Yes some cops are, and also some taco bell employees and some teachers and some most lawyers. But the thing you need to take away from it is that the majority of cops are not that way. People have so little ACTUAL interaction with police because they are obeying the law that when they do they have to get the "serious cop". It is in a major part some departments faults for not having a community oriented police force that interacts with people more.
What’s your point for pointing out that some taco bell employees and some teachers and some most lawyers are bad? Do you mean that just because there are bad people in other professions as well as in the police force, so we are not supposed to criticize bad cops? What kind of stupid logic is that. Haven’t you notice that when there are bad people in other professions, they got criticized on the internet as well. Why you think cops should be the exception?

It turned out that the three men were undercover cops who happened to be at the wrong house when they grabbed this child.
Three weeks later, police showed up at the child's school and arrested her for assaulting a public servant for fighting back when they grabbed her. (Oh, my God! What a bunch of remorseless thugs in police uniform!!!)
The judge declared a mistrial in the case on the first day of trial and it was rescheduled.
(What? The 12-year-old-girl needed to be re-tried for assault when she was only trying to protect herself against three men in plain cloths who acted like they were going to kidnap her!!! The foolish judge should not ruin the whole life of that innocent little girl just to protect his nasty boys!)
I never said all cops are stupid and bad like that . I know there are good cops who really want to do their jobs of protecting the citizens but the bad cops who made mistakes and then frame up the victims would smear the image of the good cops as well.
Why do you tell me to call someone else instead of the cops when I’m in trouble? How come a cop doesn’t know it’s the law that we have to report crimes to the police? Sure many people want to stop a burglar with their own guns, but then a trigger happy cop may shoot a home owner to death without warning thinking he is the burglar , especially if the home owner happens to be black. (A case like this actually happened.)
I appreciate that the good cops would lay their lives on the line for an absolute stranger, however, I abhor bad cops who ruin the lives of the innocent people by mistake and then cause them to suffer more by blaming it on their victims with false accusations.
You need to stop defending bad cops. Defending bad cops is not a trait of being a good cop.
Why do you falsely accusing me of attacking "ALL" police with my comment?
I never said ALL cops are bad.
In fact I said earlier "I know there are good cops who really want to do their jobs of protecting the citizens but the bad cops who made mistakes and then frame up the victims would smear the image of the good cops as well."
Judging from you false accusation against me, I can sense that you are prone to making false accusation against innocent civilians. It's a bad sign.
OF Course, When Law Enforcement officials take action like this, the boy was an angel. He was humble, he did good at school, had lots of friends and was liked by so many. Look I understand the pain from both the kids family and the pain of the officers involved. It's not just a matter of being a tuff guy and saying I feel like shooting someone today. It was a terrible tragety in all aspecs and the result of your actions sometimes cost very hard consiquences.
I believe this kid wanted to commit suicide but didnt want to kill himself so he provoked the police to finish him. The real failure was the school teachers friends and school counselor whose job it is to identify a suicidal child.
If you want to point fingers over this kid you need to look inward. It's people like YOU who got this kid killed. It's you who argues that's it's never the kids fault or the fault of the parents. Mijo is on drugs? It's because the police can't keep the drugs off the street. It's not because the parents don't mind their children. Mijo has bad grades? It's because of the teachers. It has nothing to do with the paren't not paying attention to his studies. Was the cops fault. Not Mijo. You are sad.
You need to make a followup video about this. He was NOT shot in the head. If you would read the preliminary autopsy report you would find that he was shot once in the chest and once in the stomach. The wound on his head came from when he fell to the ground after he was shot. The officers were protecting over 700 innocent students. I can't believe stupid people these days.
Are you a police officer? No? Then why do you reserve the right to comment on what police would normally do or not do at a gun call, YES a gun call because ALL gun calls are treated with the same gravity. The other thing that really bothers me is your ASSUMPTIONS on how all the kids feel concerning this event. How do you know how they feel? How are you so sure of that?
you can't trust the media but we're supposed to listen to you... the kid pointed a gun at the cops... I learned when I was 10 years old not to point a gun at anything I didn't want to shoot... I think you only read half the story all the time...
PLEASE...for the love of GOD...PLEASE go kill yourself. Please. It would save us ALL a lot of effort of having to deal with your insane babble. I want to know how much government money you're taking from us being on disability?
He had a gun (pellet guns can kill too) in the school and refused to put it down that is all that matters. Law Enforcement did exactly what they should of, protected the students from another student that was threatening them with deadly force. You sir need to return to your home country if you dont believe in police protecting the public!
He wasn't show in the back of the head...it was from a fall. His family is obviously upset but they even ackoowledged it was from a fall. lol where do you get your news from? Wait a day before you make a youtube response video!!! Get all the facts first! Thank you =]
jajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajajaj no mames pinche viejillo pelon he didnt got shot in the back of the head dude. jajajajajajajajjajajaj que estupido eres!
no cop is going to shoot a kid for the fun of it. you look like a dork, a person who probably has never been in a stressful situation in his life. Shooting someone in the leg under stress or shooting the gun out of his hand? your dreaming, holding your sights steady and being able to take that shot is impossible. stop babbling, your just liberal tool.
@FrederickaBimmel Cops in there personal lives brag about the violence that they inflict on citizens all the time I have seen this. People take that job because they want power over another human being and don't have the skills to manage them.
First, read the autospy report, it is online. He was NOT shot in the back of the head, it is a laceration from falling. Second, listen to the 911 call, its right here on youtube. You can clearly hear the caller say that he is DRAWING the gun at police. Then you hear police REPEATDLY tell him to put the gun down! Then you hear the caller say that he is saying he is willing to die. And hes not a threat? are you high?
True this video Jaime was our friend at Brownsville we knew him they could have shot him in an arm or leg they shot him in the head nd didn't stop there they kept going my respect to his family we ain't never trusting police again here :'(
there was no gun shot to the head. it was a laceration as a result of the fall. he had 2 bullet wounds in his torso. listen to the 911 calls and the cops tell him to drop the gun. he starts running in the hallway with a gun then gets shot
i would suppose the police department is trying to hid several things just from u said, but also did they mention on the news that before the mother knew anything before she knew her son her only son she had by the way the brownsville police department took her in to sing some paper work? wat was that for, & now in the brownsville paper they said there was no shot in the back of the head "it happened when he fell down" after the stomach shot. are u kidding me!! why not use nonlethal weapons?
My high school had a gun range in the basement. We were taught safe use of firearms and trained to be good shooters. Hell, as kids we used our pellet guns to shoot pigeons at the local feed mill,10cents a bird. Today our local high school has an on duty cop, in a town of 7000. School has been turned into a prison...where children are trained to OBEY Authority or PAY the PRICE. This is what students tell me..."We are not allowed to question Authority." We all need to look in the mirror!!!!
@darbone Exactly!.........guns were nothing to be feared. Respected.....but not feared. We both know there is no reason to be shooting kids...except to instill fear, both in other students and the general public. Sad to see people justifying the killing of a child.
@slr735 That's right sir735 the boy had a gash on his head from a fall. This video is completely inaccurate. it should be brought down. Brownsville PD did what they we're trained to do.
A drunk man in Long Beach California was shot to death by a cop with multiple bullets without warning while he was playing with a water nozzle.
We don't exonerate soldiers stupid enough to shoot down a commercial airline thinking it's a bomber, neither should we exonerate cops stupid enough to mistake a water nozzle to be a gun and fired multiple bullets to kill the person without warning.
The "shoot first, ask questions later" mentality of the cops is reprehensible.
@lex1mark21 That black pistol grip object you describe turned out to be a water nozzle. I thought that those cops were the only ones stupid enough to assume a black pistol grip object must be a gun even when no bullets were fire from it.
Don't you worry that someday a little boy may become another victim when he is playing cop in his front yard with a black trigger water nozzle and a trigger happy stupid cop just happen to walk pass his yard within the aim of the nozzle?
@simon6071 No I dont worry about that because not all cops are stupid, your ignorant narrow minded judgment of me and my fellow officers makes any debate with you difficult. I dont know what I would have done in that situation because I cannot backseat QB it, but if someone points something that looks like a pistol at me you can bet im going to make every effort to make sure I go home to see my son. Cops are people too and some of us make mistakes, we have to live with them too.
@lex1mark21 Sure you don't. I know not all cops are stupid, but it take only one stupid cop to make all the cops look stupid. The cops in the Long Beach case were not in a situation similar to surprise attack without enough time to decide what the man was actually holding. They should have been able to tell it's a trigger water nozzle and taken him down with non-lethal force such as bean bags or let a sharp shooter shoot that trigger nozzle from his hand if they have doubt about what it was.
@simon6071 If that is the only thing you got out of what I said you obviously need more life experience. Just remember who the first person you call for help is when you are in trouble, if you seriously think all cops are like that then you better call someone else. But you wont, because you know we will come and lay it on the line for an absolute stranger.
@lex1mark21 like you did with that kids head maybe , people don,t call the cops very much , its too risky . We call our friends they have guns also ,n who the fuck would trust a cop , they use the blue wall of silence like the nazi used the brown shirts on the night of the long knives . Hey cop sucker how many govt kids have you arrested hahaha none right , how many non govt kids have you arrested and destroyed with the blue wall of silence the brotherhood of silence ? ya no reply needed k
@BeautifulGirlByDana You really think anyone would honestly take advice from some dumbass who pops up a video stating something happened before getting all the facts. Your stupidity in this matter makes your opinion worthless and your internet Ebonics makes you sound even more like a dumbass. So call your "friends that have guns also" LOL you fucking putz.
@lex1mark21 Funny that you accuse BeautifulGirlByDana of being a dumbass for stating something happened before getting all the facts ( I'm not sure if ALL the facts are known). So do you think I should call the judge dumbass instead of a crooked judge if he really was stupid enough to believe the false accusation that I tried to hit the cop with my car even though the police did not charge me with assault and he did not get the fact that the cop had offer to apologize to me before I sued him?
The U.S. is full of trigger happy cops. That will never be charged with anything because they are immune from it. They are protected by the law,,not us.

I can't believe stupid people these days.
txwheels1011 1 month ago
Are you a police officer? No? Then why do you reserve the right to comment on what police would normally do or not do at a gun call, YES a gun call because ALL gun calls are treated with the same gravity. The other thing that really bothers me is your ASSUMPTIONS on how all the kids feel concerning this event. How do you know how they feel? How are you so sure of that?

He had a gun (pellet guns can kill too) in the school and refused to put it down that is all that matters. Law Enforcement did exactly what they should of, protected the students from another student that was threatening them with deadly force. You sir need to return to your home country if you dont believe in police protecting the public!

no cop is going to shoot a kid for the fun of it. you look like a dork, a person who probably has never been in a stressful situation in his life.

Look at the autopsy report is what I keep hearing. Could an autopsy report be falsified to protect police officers.

well, I think a gunshot wound to the back of the head would be kind of difficult to hide from the parents though.

@Susmart70; So a child, is shot dead while in school and you don't find that, SICK.
VMATT500C 1 month ago
First, read the autospy report, it is online. He was NOT shot in the back of the head, it is a laceration from falling. Second, listen to the 911 call, its right here on youtube. You can clearly hear the caller say that he is DRAWING the gun at police. Then you hear police REPEATDLY tell him to put the gun down! Then you hear the caller say that he is saying he is willing to die. And hes not a threat? are you high?
MrBComish 1 month ago
@MrBComish: This might be a reason for cops to get fully-automatic weapons.

True this video Jaime was our friend at Brownsville we knew him they could have shot him in an arm or leg they shot him in the head nd didn't stop there they kept going my respect to his family we ain't never trusting police again here :'(

enkuroichigo 1 month ago
there was no gun shot to the head. it was a laceration as a result of the fall. he had 2 bullet wounds in his torso. listen to the 911 calls and the cops tell him to drop the gun. he starts running in the hallway with a gun then gets shot
slyguy10 1 month ago
i would suppose the police department is trying to hid several things just from u said, but also did they mention on the news that before the mother knew anything before she knew her son her only son she had by the way the brownsville police department took her in to sing some paper work? wat was that for, & now in the brownsville paper they said there was no shot in the back of the head "it happened when he fell down" after the stomach shot. are u kidding me!! why not use nonlethal weapons?

My high school had a gun range in the basement. We were taught safe use of firearms and trained to be good shooters. Hell, as kids we used our pellet guns to shoot pigeons at the local feed mill,10cents a bird. Today our local high school has an on duty cop, in a town of 7000. School has been turned into a prison...where children are trained to OBEY Authority or PAY the PRICE. This is what students tell me..."We are not allowed to question Authority." We all need to look in the mirror!!!!

darbone 1 month ago

The "shoot first, ask questions later" mentality of the cops is reprehensible.
simon6071 1 month ago 2
@simon6071 Playing with a water nozzle? He pointed a black pistol grip object at Police Officers.
lex1mark21 1 month ago
@lex1mark21 That black pistol grip object you describe turned out to be a water nozzle. I thought that those cops were the only ones stupid enough to assume a black pistol grip object must be a gun even when no bullets were fire from it.
Don't you worry that someday a little boy may become another victim when he is playing cop in his front yard with a black trigger water nozzle and a trigger happy stupid cop just happen to walk pass his yard within the aim of the nozzle?
simon6071 1 month ago
@simon6071 No I dont worry about that because not all cops are stupid, your ignorant narrow minded judgment of me and my fellow officers makes any debate with you difficult. I dont know what I would have done in that situation because I cannot backseat QB it, but if someone points something that looks like a pistol at me you can bet im going to make every effort to make sure I go home to see my son. Cops are people too and some of us make mistakes, we have to live with them too.
lex1mark21 1 month ago
@lex1mark21 Sure you don't. I know not all cops are stupid, but it take only one stupid cop to make all the cops look stupid. The cops in the Long Beach case were not in a situation similar to surprise attack without enough time to decide what the man was actually holding. They should have been able to tell it's a trigger water nozzle and taken him down with non-lethal force such as bean bags or let a sharp shooter shoot that trigger nozzle from his hand if they have doubt about what it was.
simon6071 1 month ago
@lex1mark21
Sure you don't . That's what the problem is.
"Cops are people too and some of us make mistakes".
That's it? No mentioning of cops need to be better trained to avoid making mistakes?
No wonder the problem persists.
simon6071 1 month ago
@simon6071 If that is the only thing you got out of what I said you obviously need more life experience. Just remember who the first person you call for help is when you are in trouble, if you seriously think all cops are like that then you better call someone else. But you wont, because you know we will come and lay it on the line for an absolute stranger.
lex1mark21 1 month ago

So call your "friends that have guns also" LOL you fucking putz.
lex1mark21 3 weeks ago
@lex1mark21 Funny that you accuse BeautifulGirlByDana of being a dumbass for stating something happened before getting all the facts ( I'm not sure if ALL the facts are known). So do you think I should call the judge dumbass instead of a crooked judge if he really was stupid enough to believe the false accusation that I tried to hit the cop with my car even though the police did not charge me with assault and he did not get the fact that the cop had offer to apologize to me before I sued him?
