because having a second garage will over power the size of the house that and i didnt have enough room on the sides to make a second gargage and only one guy lives in that house and he has no plans of getting married so he only needs one garage and plus he has no friends because they all think hes the neighborhood twat.!

I was going to finish the upstairs but my computer got messed up and i needed to do a system recovery and all my files were lost including all my saved games so it sucks i couldn't finish.

in the options thing there is a thing thats says neighbors visible and u click on yes or true or something lol
