I imagine this music could feel 'strengthening'. I am not a big fighter, but for a woman I did it a lot - only in a dojo as a mature teen. Later in my 30s I was tossed around by full grown men, who helped me as training partners. No punching. I only made it to top of intermediate level, never black belt.
