@LmfaoYTFLOVE Having said all that, what will really make or brake your weight loss goals is nutrition. You can have great workout plan, but if you eat the wrong things, the weight won't come off like you want. Best bet is find a good nutritionist that can prescribe an eating plan that works for you. Hope that helps.
@LmfaoYTFLOVE I've been doing Billy's new workout, PT 24/7, which has similar moves to Tae Bo, but with gloves and resistance bands hooked to your hands and feet. I'm in my 4th week, and it is a serious workout. It really makes you sweat. Another differerence it's a 7-DVD set, not just one DVD. With the set, you get 6 free months on the PT 24/7 club site and Tae BO TV website, which has weekly Tae Bo workouts and schedules that include resistance training, in case you want to switch it up.
@520BabyFace1 you should only do what you're used to doing and not begin any new exercise regimes or up the intensity of existing ones. Avoid crunches and sit ups. if you did taebo before the baby carry with the same intensity till your body says chill a bit. holidayjoi's channel has lots of workouts for pregnant women, she was pregnant herself at the time. Start at March 2010. And congratulations!

@AreejTami Cardio burns fat, while strength and resistance training builds muscle. People who wish to get muscle must do cardio to get rid of fat and strength training to build muscle.
Even male, body builders struggle to build huge muscles with plenty of steriod and protein supplements. And they have more testosterone than women. So you are in no danger of bulking up. However, cardio causes fat loss and as you lose fat your muscles become more visible, which is what some mistake for big muscles but really it is just weight loss. Strength training is important to develop muscles for fat burning and that will also make muscles more visible.
So if you're concerned about having a musclely look then the best thing is to not lose too much fat and limit strength training so that you can have enough fat to cover your muscles.
@fatty2barbie I never heard of Turbo Jam Fat Burner. I'm trying to loose some weight too. That's one reason why I'm doing Tae bo again. I like how motivational Billy is and I like his intensity. I just bought some of his Boot Camp Elite videos so I'll see how those change my body and attitude. I'm glad Billy started to make his exercise videos. You've done a good job on losing weight!!! Remember that you can lose the weight!!! Have fun doing it too!!!
@JAVYERist Suerte! Mi primera meta es bajar 4 kilos. Luego, quiero bajar 5 más. Deberías probar HIIT, High Intensity Interval training. Buscalo aqui en youtube. Pero mejor haz unas cuantas semanas de tae bo primero, para ponerte fuerte. Acaban de quitar unos cuantos videos completos de billy blank. El de abdominales es excelente, si lo puedes conseguir en las tiendas o si no prueba amazon.
