I found the easiest way to find someone with a place they like is in Westcliff, a lot of them like the shooting range as a favorite place which is just up the hill (follow the signs) and go to the dock and wait for the gun range guy to shut up and you can get it there. Took forever searching around other places and got it within 2 minutes of arriving at Westcliff.
