Yeah they're really in Ealing- he has a Welsh accent and in the episode with the robots, there's a street scene where Rani and Clyde are walking down it and it's deserted. The road and signs are completely bilingual. It's a shame that there were points in filming where they mucked up like this. This'd never happen on Who.
