Because of the way it was recorded, it's hard for YouTube software recognition to sync with their copyrights machine. Maybe the audio doesn't sounds alike, or the screen pattern kept shifting.

The only way for it to be removed is to get whoever in charge of deleting YouTube's copyrights attention, whether by reporting or having them stumble upon the video.

You could try to escape, like he does, or stab commodus with the arrow when he first meets him in the arena...i mean this could go on endlessly, but my point is that rarely does someone have no choice
