No, the eyeshadow doesn't have to be grey. That was just what i used. It can be black.

No, it doesn't. ^^

You can use elmer's glue. That usually worked better for me.

Just with soap warm water. I recomend using washable glue. Like elmers. Any kind of school glue works. ^^

My friend got it at an anime convention then gave it to me. Then I styled it. You can look on ebay for one like it. ^^

The color is kind of a brown tone. Not totally dark, but a bit darker than your own skin tone.

I don't know the brand. My mother just gave to me one day--but I like it. ^^

Sebastian has very thin, and high arched eyebrows, so this effect is best for him.

For Ciel, his eyebrows are bit less intimidating, so you'd only have to if you really wanted to. ^^

But please be sure to have groomed eyebrows and color them blue for it. ^^
