It's obvious to me that governments have to test their experimental craft & when they do it people report UFOs. Think about it- they have to make flight tests some place. If they were testing how to make craft invisible, they'd purposely fly it around people wondering if anyone will see it & report a UFO- then when people report the UFO they'd then know their technology to make craft invisible had failed. How else can they find out? It's the best way to do it.

Good idea, but no, it is an optical illusion caused by a camera. To put it bluntly, it is a bug, a bug that has been captured by a camera giving it the illusion of a distant craft. The bug was flying close to the camera. This happens very often with cameras.
