The 44th ward has to get their stuff together. Boystown isnt safe. Where is it safe? Nowhere! After being in chicago for 3 yrs there jas always been something going down. This is the first time its had anything to do with black youth. There is a serious problem woth meth and drug abuse in that area. The fighting has been caused by public intoxication. So boystown needs to deal with the real issues.
