This is the worst idea ever. My parents actually had a similar situation just happen and yes, they were asleep when one kid decided to break into the one bottle of alcohol in the house. 16-18 year olds are going to sneak alcohol, and punishing the parents for not breathalyzing all the kids every hour is not the way to go.
