Joaquin Phoenix 2/11/09 interview on David Letterman

I just watched "I'm Still Here", the documentary of Jacquin's recent life ( which includes this clip) and sadly this is not an act. Casey Affleck (not Stiller), Jacquin's Brother-in-, filmed his transformation from acting to rapping. The guy is 100% messed up on drugs and bad choices. Very sad.

Wow, this is totally heartbreaking. I do not believe that Joaquin is acting, nor is he on drugs. From what I see here, and have read/seen of him before, I trully believe this man has some sort of biological abnormality, possibly Aperger's Syndrome, I have heard it suggested. I think the stress of his acting career has really gotten to him. To see Letterman and the crowd laughing at him and making fun of him is heartbreaking. I wish him well. God bless you, Joaquin.

It may be that by acting this way he will get more people to go and watch the movie. Surely someone of this caliber has to have more on the ball. A marketing ploy? If I ever watch the film this image is the one I will see of him, not a good one.

dude i saw this last week, I didn't know if it was real or fake, i was lost when i saw this clip online. He is a actor so you never know.
