i cant find it bro.. but hey they look really fit as if they have to go there... where did you get them and how much??? and how do you make them fit on the back
@90jozue Those are factory fleetside flares. I had to do quite a bit of work to get them to fit, and it's no show truck so they aren't great. See my build thread on fullsizechevy. Log on and search for jrcook320, the second thread called "'91 K1500 tbi rebuild and nv3500 swap."
@0122358 I haven't measured. It would be slightly irrelevant anyway since the motor isn't stock, the tune is far from stock, and I'm also running 3.73's.
how does it pull compared to stock with the cam and ported heads. My truck runs good from idle till about quarter throttle and after that well not to much to talk about
@rockinbass01 It pulls strong for a TBI 350. It pulls all the way to 4500 before power starts to drop off. Probably mostly due to the head work, cam, tbi mods, and headers. The only good way to make use of any engine mods on a tbi motor is to tune afterward. The stock injection system map based and can't accommodate or adapt to any engine mods. I tuned using hardware from moates.net, data logged with winaldl, and burned my own chips using tunerpro (which comes with the moates hardware).
Is your cam the edelbrock performer? I have a Jeep with a 355 also and was wondering how you like the cam? Im looking into buying that exact one. Sick truck by the way :D
thanks. My cam is the speedpro 204/214. I bought it at napa, partly cause they did my machine work, but mostly cause I work at Federal Mogul and speedpro is a Fedmo brand. The rest of my motor is all fedmo stuff too, felpro gaskets and speedpro engine rebuild kit from summit racing.
@austinaustinausti100 my buddy has a 98 and has 2" rear blocks, and only the fronts rub. stock they dont have blocks. i have a 98 also, and I dont think you can put 35's stock.
@austinaustinausti100 they fit fine in the rear, stock. The front bars are cranked to level the truck out, but otherwise I have no lift. I had to trim the front bumper and air dam by almost 3" at the bottom, and once I put the flares on they would rub the flare on the back of the wheel well at the bottom. Rubbing will also depend on wheel size and offset, I'm running 15x8's. If you're on 10's or have higher backspacing it will be worse.
Can u just paste the link and I will copy it...

I went down to 33's cause they fit better.
