Best way to break in your mma gloves is to TRAIN with them! theyll loosen up/brea in alrite. Also make sure to get the correct size buying small or medium gloves make sure theres enough room still left for you're handwraps/gauze

I got medium and im only 13, and they fit good, and i have just enough room for my handwraps.

I figured that out myself, i was hitting the bag a few hours ago, after the kick i went for a hook and my wrist jammed up, so i grabbed my wraps and wrapped my wrists and knuckles good, they felt a WHOLE lot better.

i got 16oz boxing gloves to practice retracts, speed and a little bit more power, i use dumbell punches to strenghten my punching power.

are you talking about hand wraps? Because if you want gloves, and wraps, your gonna want a 108" wrap, and maybe a large glove. I'm 15 too, so it depends how big your hand is
