that is the only time i've heard a drummer so incredibly talented and musically intelligent that they didn't just lay a base for the music, but actively played a role as an essential element. most drum tracks sound the same, or at least somewhat similar; that was a distinct composition, as notable and individual as a guitar riff or a vocal line. truly amazing.
