  • Hello Big Bear Steve. A Canadian here, the registry of the aircraft is a U.S. registry, I think from Minnesota. Please thank the team from that state.

Thank you very much for the tribute, eh.

P.S. The aircraft is a CL-215 "Scooper" radial engines.

  • *Salutes at CANADIAN FLAG*

  • Thanks for all the recognition! Cheers and Merry Christmas to you all from Toronto! And we're always happy to lend a hand :)!

  • @BIGBEARSTEVE You're welcome :).

  • Thanks from America Canada !!!!!

  • GO CANADA!

  • What a beauty!!! I hope to fly one of these someday. Got my Canadian Comm/Multi-IFR and just itching to get back into the driver's seat. Thanks for sharing this video fellow Canucks.

  • love the music of these radials

  • cali leases them every year.

  • That is the older CL-215. Radial engine powered. I must add that I am happy to work for Bombardier Aerospace here in Montreal Canada. People DO NOT know the potential of these "Super Scoopers" and that how much of the United States would benefit by purchasing or even leasing these aircraft.

Lots of homes, businesses would be saved. by these "Super Scoopers". Time to write to your Governor and have him really look into these babies.

  • Where did yoy learn to spell? Kali-forn I-A

  • Always remember the two Martin Mars. It is quite a sight when "Mars Attacks" withe 7200 gallons.

  • Great shots Steve.

Just some info, the provinces of Quebec and Ontario have total of 19 Cl-415 and there are 30 Cl-215 across Canada. In the event of another bad season,(hopefully not). I am quite sure they would loan them to California in a heartbeat.
