    Kung fu sounds amazing. I think I may be joining a bellydancing troupe OR taking a form of martial arts myself. The "whole body workout" that you're talking about is GREAT for making exercise fun and losing a lot while you're at it!

    My question to you is: What is the best way to fight off a food craving/addiction? Should you satiate it with something else or do you think quitting cold turkey is the way to go? Just curious. I have a crazy addiction to hot chocolate in winter.

  • Yes...I just quit smoking!!! ugh it was hard but I did it. 3 weeks today hehe.

  • im glad you started to train chinese boxing, and a great idea about that calendar ive been thinking of making one for me also, your 5 pound loss is great good work, cheak out underdround wellness and paul check, they have some great tips and ideas so definitivly give them a shot...thats it see you next week bye
