how is Jonah's ending tragic? I mean, he gets kicked out of the school, but he's still the only one of the 3 characters that makes any progress in becoming a better person. he's really the only one of the 3 that changes between the first and last episode of the series. i thought this scene in particular was moew triumphant than tragic.

the idea of the show is that Chris Lilley is playing 3 different characters of the show. The kids arent actually from the school, theyre all extras.

Its just based on the extremely stereotypical views placed upon Australian public schools...

for instance the issue with Islanders not being able to read etc, the view of public schools being povvo... the gay teacher... etc etc.

nothing about the story is true.
