It looks like you have put a ton of work into your swing. When you don't hit it solid, what is the mishit? Do you push it, hit it thin, slice it, etc? Let me know.
haha easy to correct. Shoulders should be parallel to target, do the 5 step set up coil your body on the backswing, make sure your arms arm are relaxed through the down swing right through the follow through
