That's completely wrong to brush that way. It's an electric toothbrush. Why are you scrubbing at all? There's no need to when the toothbrush is doing the work for you. Only thing you need to do is slowly move the toothbrush from tooth to tooth.

you dont need to actually use brush motion when using an electric brush, gently let it run over your teeth and gums, any pressure will wear gums away, make sure to reach at the back on the inner and outer. Floss EVERY day DAY, don't saw, gently up and down and around the gum down the teeth....gently does it. A tongue scraper will rid you of a funky tongue. Use a gentle mouth wash as they can wear away enamel and gums too. Brush twice a day.

Good vid! You should use a tongue brush($3 at Walmart), to clean your tongue, not the same brush you use on your teeth. I never recommend daily use of Listerine for my patients; it can have 20% Alcohol, which is dehydrating on your tissues. Don't forget to floss too lol....

You also done use your tooth brush for tongue cleaning, that just transfers bacteria to the tooth brush which then transfers to your gums and teeth when you brush. Get a tongue scraper or use a Waterpik!
