It was one of those days a few weeks ago where i came home from work with a fuck it attitude and was a little down missing my missus. I put on PJ Harvey, Nick Cave, Mark Lanegan, Jeff Buckley, Tom waits and the Twilight sad. It was one of the most emotional evenings alone i've ever had with a cold brew!, Haha. Really awesome, i should just sit my arse down and chill to these artists more often than i do. Genius artists!

I got onto this though portishead on jools, (I love both ph and pj) and it just occured to me how great it is to have such an open minded show purely about just great music, hardly any of these shows left, to go from 'we carry on' to this pretty much polar opposites in musical style and yet they were both equally apprecieted.
