Nice Vornado fan. I think Myles is right about the bent blade "flickering" in the picture, you can also see that it's causing a heavy spot on the blade as it comes to rest.
The best way to fix that is with a stroboscope, you can see the blade symmetry that way.
Not sure, the one with the cracked paint is bent, might be the same one. I've tried to get it back how it's supposed to be but no luck, I think a few of them may be slightly bent. Either way it vibrates like crazy on high, I ran it on High once and that was it....
