This is just the original sped up with some phaser applied to it to make it seem like it was recorded live. That "jam" at the end could be from anything else, possibly an actual bootleg. I'm not convinced.

The album version of Fairies just faded out and the majority of Sabbath fans know that the named jams are there. Especially in the U.S, because when the albums came out during the time, they added names to the beginning of songs (eg: Wasp/Behind the Wall of Sleep, Deathmask/Into the Void, etc.)
