This was the first new release Toyah album I ever bought after catching up with her earlier releases. I had forgotten this song...glad to have rediscovered it! Toyah has always been awesome, and like Kate Bush, she can do so much in a video with so little. Just beautiful.

was issued in 2005, or on the new double best

of toyah good morning universe. Fyi, the original lp reached number 24, way back in 85

The original cd was issued by Portrait records, they were then owned by Cbs, the cd

in it's original form was deleted in Jan 88.

But in 2005, Demon music group re-issued it as MINX PLUS, check out the offical toyah website, or the toyah official at myspace for

details how and where to buy it. Fyi, the single soul passing through soul reached 57.

She has just brought a out a good morning universe and retrospective of the past twenty years, it is on thier i think. If not it is on Minx. So either album is cool but Good Morning Universe is a better album, depends what you like. Amazon sell both, just type toyah in the search engine

I wish I could be as Liberated x... Brilliant song and Artist, Come back Toyah or should i say, the modern day should accept such an amazing artist because she is back as her new song proves x... I think this was actually one of the stronger tracks on Minx. Toyah wrote some good songs on the album but they ended up very over produced for chart friendliness. It would be nice if she re-worked some of them live, and same for Desire.

I remember when this was released and how depressing it was.Whilst her peers were fighting for further artistic freedom of expression 1985 Kate Bush The Hounds of love, Siouxsie Tinderbox, Toyah having spent four years on a small indierecord label,finally cashed in with a corporate company but lost any kind of artistic control of her career and made compromises not befitting of her integrity or stature...

What a tremendous loss, she's since recovered,but I cant help thinking what tremendous work COULD have happened if she hadnt artisticly comprised to such to such depths as Minx and Desire.E.G.management be shamed.The beginning of the end for such an impressive and unique individual.
