The other 12 (and yes, there might be more -__- ) are fan-made VOCALOIDS that are simply KAITO's voice bank modified to their character. For instance, Taito who is singing right now is either a higher or lower version of Kaito (it depends on if they want him sounding high or low) There is also a female version called Kaiko. :) I hope I was able to clear things out for ya. Give me a response if you need anything else.
