always keep color nuetral. not pinks or dark colors. the lighter and fresher the house looks the faster it will sell. polish the wood on your cabinets. don't show the landscape if its not finished. just tell the buyer its not. many would prefer to do it themselves. never show a house with red clay all over. tell them the things they can do with the front yard. such as make a garden or a shaded sitting area. they will understand better. don't show them a unfinished front yard.
