From what I've seen from different hunting and fishing videos not to mention all the movies that have taken place there... New Zealand looks like the best place on earth to be lol. I once asked a guy I worked with what Australia was like at that time of year. He said, "I wouldn't know mate, never been there. I'm from New Zealand." lol still feel like an ass about that one.
No big deal - I'm a Kiwi living in Sydney. Northern Queensland has extraordinary fishing if you are into that - try Port Douglas 70kms north of Cairns
@Nitsujaru You are right, with more softcocks breeding in Australia, I'll be surprised if they even have hunting in 20-30 years time, duck shooting has almost been banned all over the AU. NZ may not be as full on in terms of fishing as the AU but we sure do have a lot to offer, from big game to game birds, game fishing and just spectacular casual fishing. not to mention the beautiful country side or sea that comes with it all.
