A small part was cut from the Japanese version. It was when Greymon pierced a hole in Parrotmon's beak. Look closely at 0:56 and you'll see some puffy white stuff. That is actually froth coming from Parrotmon.

@Tomozaurus I'll agree that the scene there is much better without the removed part but the music in it, a carnival like jingle throughout the whole movie, doesn't really fit the moment. If they could replace the BGM in the Japanese with the BGM in the English version or even give it a better tune, not necessarily rock music, it would be the best there is!

I have by no means any intention of disrespecting the music in any way but my opinion stands that the music doesn't fit the moment. The moment is that of suspense and action, the music doesn't intensify the scenes, it rather makes it less serious. The fact it keeps the same tune over this whole part of the movie also makes it less amusing to listen to. If you feel insulted, my apologizes.
