The group singing this is called Cool Change. I had the soundtrack to the movie and its the only cd I have ever had where I didnt have to skip a song just great music. I just turned 27 and when I tell people I like doo wop and oldies in general they look at me cross eyed but it's what was on in the house growing up.

Man, who gives a rat's ass, whether it's the Jewish, Italian, Irish, or black area's of The Bronx. Hell, I wish I lived there back then. Some of the best harmonies ever recorded came out that area. I'm American of Irish descent and I would've sung with whoever , as long as they could "Doo Wop" right.

why arent you showing Arthur Ave. the Italian section? You just showed the friggin Jewish neighborhood which deteriated when the blacks moved in. The italian section is still strong and thriving.
